Roga SalesOrder is an offline-first business productivity app designed to help users manage clients, products, quotes, orders, payments, expenses, reports, and PDF documents.

The app does not require account registration, login, or cloud synchronization.

Most information entered by the user is stored locally on the user’s device.

 2. Information You Enter in the App

Roga SalesOrder allows users to manually enter business information such as:

* expense records
* business settings
* seller or company information used in documents and reports

This information is stored locally on the user’s device.

Software Roga does not operate a server for SalesOrder Pro and does not receive, access, store, sell, or share the business information entered by users in the app.

 3. Local Storage

Roga SalesOrder stores app data locally on the device using local storage/database technology.

If the user deletes the app, clears app data, or loses access to the device, locally stored information may be lost unless the user has made a backup using device-level tools or exported documents manually.

 4. PDF Generation and Sharing

Roga SalesOrder may allow users to generate and share PDF files, such as quotes, orders, or reports.

PDF files are generated from information entered by the user.

When the user chooses to share a PDF using external apps such as email, messaging apps, file managers, cloud storage, or other services, the handling of that shared file is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party services.

Software Roga does not automatically upload PDF files to its own servers.

 5. Advertising

Roga SalesOrder may display advertisements through Google AdMob or related Google advertising services.

Advertising providers may collect or process certain data from the device in order to provide, measure, and improve ads. This may include information such as:

The Android Advertising ID is a user-resettable and user-deletable identifier provided by Google Play services.

Because Roga SalesOrder stores user-entered business data locally on the device, users are responsible for protecting access to their device.

Users are encouraged to use device-level security features such as screen lock, biometric authentication, device encryption, and secure backups where available.

 11. Data Deletion

Users can delete records manually inside the app where deletion options are available.

Users may also delete all locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data through the device settings.

Because Software Roga does not operate a server for Roga SalesOrder, Software Roga cannot remotely restore or delete data stored only on the user’s device.

Software Roga may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
