Software Roga respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Roga ServiceOrder (“the App”) handles information when you use the application.
1. About Roga ServiceOrder
Roga ServiceOrder is a professional productivity application designed to help independent professionals and service providers manage customers, quotes, appointments, service orders, services, materials, payments, and related business information.
The App is designed primarily as an offline-first application. Most information entered by the user is stored locally on the user’s device.
2. Information entered by the user
Depending on how the App is used, users may enter information such as:
- Professional or business information;
- Customer names and contact information;
- Addresses;
- Tax identification information;
- Service descriptions;
- Products and materials;
- Quotes;
- Appointments;
- Service orders;
- Prices and monetary amounts;
- Payment-related records;
- Notes and observations;
- Other information voluntarily entered by the user.
This information is provided directly by the user for the operation of the App.
Roga ServiceOrder does not require users to create a Software Roga account in order to use its core functionality.
3. Local storage of information
The App is designed to store operational information primarily on the user’s device.
Software Roga does not operate a central server for storing the user’s customers, quotes, service orders, materials, or other operational business records as part of the App’s normal offline operation.
Users are responsible for the information they enter into the App and for maintaining appropriate backups of their device and data when applicable.
4. Advertising
The free version of Roga ServiceOrder may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertising services may automatically process certain technical information, which may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- Device or advertising identifiers;
- Information about interactions with the App and advertisements;
- App launch and usage events;
- Diagnostic and performance information;
- Information used for fraud prevention, security, advertising, and measurement.
The handling of information by Google is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and applicable privacy controls.
Users may be able to control or reset advertising identifiers and certain advertising preferences through their device settings.
5. Rewarded advertisements
Certain optional features of the free version of Roga ServiceOrder may be unlocked after the user voluntarily watches a rewarded advertisement.
These advertisements are provided through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob and may involve the same types of technical information described in the Advertising section above.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional and is only required when the user chooses to access a feature offered through that mechanism.
6. Roga ServiceOrder PRO and purchases
Roga ServiceOrder may offer an optional paid subscription or purchase known as Roga ServiceOrder PRO.
Purchases are processed through the applicable application marketplace, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
Software Roga does not directly receive or store users’ full payment card information.
The marketplace and related payment services may process transaction information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Information about purchase status may be processed as necessary to determine whether PRO features are available to the user.
7. Files, documents, and exports
Roga ServiceOrder may allow users to generate or export documents such as PDF files, spreadsheets, quotes, service orders, material lists, or other business records.
These documents may contain information entered by the user.
When a user chooses to share, export, save, print, or send such a document, the destination selected by the user may be operated by another application or service. Software Roga does not control how third-party applications or services handle information once the user chooses to send information to them.
8. Device permissions
Roga ServiceOrder may request device permissions only when necessary to provide a feature selected by the user.
Depending on the operating system and App version, these permissions may relate to functions such as storing, exporting, selecting, or sharing documents.
Permissions may be changed or revoked through the device settings when supported by the operating system.
9. Third-party services
Roga ServiceOrder may use third-party services necessary for features such as advertising, purchases, distribution, or technical operation.
These services may include:
- Google AdMob;
- Google Play services;
- Google Play Billing;
- Apple App Store and related Apple services, where applicable.
Third-party services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Software Roga does not control the independent data-processing practices of these third parties.
10. Data sharing
Software Roga does not sell the user’s customer records, service records, quotes, appointments, service orders, or other operational information entered into Roga ServiceOrder.
Operational data stored locally on the user’s device is not routinely transmitted to Software Roga.
Certain technical data may be collected or shared automatically by third-party services integrated into the App, as described in this Privacy Policy, particularly for advertising, purchases, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.
11. Data security
Software Roga designs Roga ServiceOrder to minimize unnecessary transmission of operational user data and to keep the App’s main business information locally on the user’s device whenever possible.
Technical information transmitted by integrated third-party services may be protected using encryption in transit according to the security practices of those providers.
Users should also protect their device using appropriate security measures such as device passwords, biometric authentication, operating-system updates, and secure backups.
12. Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally by Roga ServiceOrder remains on the user’s device until it is edited, deleted, removed through the App, removed through operating-system mechanisms, or the App’s local data is erased.
Because Roga ServiceOrder does not require a Software Roga account for its core functionality, there is generally no central Software Roga account containing the user’s operational records that must be separately deleted.
Users can remove local App information using the available App functions or, when appropriate, by deleting the App and its local data from the device.
Information independently processed by third-party providers may be retained according to those providers’ respective privacy policies and legal obligations.
13. Children’s privacy
Roga ServiceOrder is a professional productivity application and is not designed or directed specifically to children.
The App is intended for professionals, independent workers, service providers, entrepreneurs, and other users managing professional or commercial activities.
14. International use
Roga ServiceOrder may be used in different countries and regions.
Third-party service providers may process technical information in countries other than the user’s country of residence, subject to their respective privacy practices and applicable laws.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Software Roga may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to Roga ServiceOrder, legal requirements, third-party services, or privacy practices.
